Shipping policy

We use sustainable, compostable packing to maintain our commitment to reducing environmental waste.

We aim to ship all orders out within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. Shipping times will vary based on standard or express shipping through Australia Post, so please follow with the tracking number for accurate delivery times. Unfortunately we are not responsible for any delays in shipping times once the parcel has been shipped, however we are happy to assist wherever possible. 

For orders under $100 there is a flat-rate fee of $9.95 Australia wide. Shipping is free within Australia for orders over $100 (up to $250 order value). International shipping varies based on location and is calculated during checkout (please get in touch if you'd like a more accurate quote).

Wholesale orders get free delivery to Sydney locations. For other locations please feel free to send us an email so we can work out the best option for you!
